Isolation is currently in Hiatus Mode.
The group is currently being revamped behind the scenes and the admin team are in the works of figuring out next steps, goals and what we want to do from here. That being said, the group is NOT closed. We are still accepting applications, answering questions and paying attention to the random events and submissions that you do to accept/approve them.
Currently, there will be NO new chapters, events or raffles done in the group.
You CAN still purchase items/buffs from the shop with your inventory.
You CAN still submit applications and characters + their companions for approval.
You CAN still submit your own personal stories and drive your own way through Isolation.
You CAN still do random events and activities (hunting & fishing) and these will be rolled as you do them.

Isolation is a semi-realistic zombie survival role play game set in the year 2025, Five years after a deadly virus ravaged the earth. Over 90% of the world’s human population was wiped out in the first wave of the virus leaving only those who were immune or lucky to survive with the wildlife. As the virus spreads, only those who were able to stay in the colder areas have seemed to survive. The first wave of the virus doesn’t do well in the cold. Thank god for the snow. When the second wave hits, not even the cold can stop it. Reanimation begins and you’re forced further and further out, hoping to find protection in the cold only you won’t get it. Not fully. Not only are the humans returning but the animals too. Those affected by the virus have come back and have a need for living flesh. If you're bitten or even scratched up, consider yourself a goner. You must be quiet, quick and tactical to survive.
Your story starts in Alaska. It’s midwinter, it’s below freezing and you’re 20 miles from the closest town. You passed through the town not long before and it was filled with the undead so you kept going. The further you move away from the town, the more you’re starting to think this might’ve been a mistake. It’s growing colder but you spot something in the distance once you top the hill. Lights. Fire. People.
Here you have a choice. A top the hill, you can see vastly across the woods, clearing and even down to the water’s edge.
The Rangers.
The haven of the north. Their goal is to keep both animal and human-kind alive and will do anything to do just that. One of the largest groups in the area, they’re known for being kind to those around them and their work with the preservation of the wildlife in the area.
The Northmen
The fisherman of the town. They want to survive and that is what matters. The second largest group in the area, they spend most of their time on boats but have a home base nearby by the waters. They’re known for their fishing and military-esc ways.
The Wanderers.
Nomads of Alaska that live by themselves and by their own rules and regulations. They are known for drifting around and do not have home roots anywhere.
It’s your job to survive the cold chill of winter in Alaska. You’re miles from the nearest town and surrounded by vast forests, water and the land is filled with infected people and animals. You must be careful, keep your eyes peeled and stay quiet. Stealth is your friend in this environment.
Not everyone or everything is your friend here.
